Bored & Extremely Dangerous

I know I know, I’ve tried to reboot this damn blog a million and one times now. But now that I’m a certified Journalism Student…or something, I’m going to give this another serious go. My current plan is: stick pretty close with the genres I’ve been reviewing so far, i.e. punk, ska, folk, folk-punk, punk-folk, ska-punk, punk-ska, and polka. So we’re looking at about one “new” review a week as a planned schedule. And by new I’m counting that as within the past few years, because boy do I have a lot of catching up to do. On some Thursdays, I have the idea of doing older albums from 5+ years ago. I’ll probably end up giving it some really clever name like Throwback Thursdays or something. I have a couple other, day of the week-themed segments rolling around right now, but I’ll keep those secret.

While all of this is going on, I’ll also try and post news, discussions, rants, pictures, videos, movies, songs, finger paintings, miniature figurines, etc. relating to the music I’m listening to at the time. Also if you couldn’t tell, trying to keep this mostly informal I guess. We’ll see. ANYWHO, the format might change again, or I’ll just drop off the face of the earth again, BUT if I don’t look forward to a whole new blog from yours truly. I won’t name what my next review will be because last time I did that I didn’t write all summer. Stay tuned.
